In this six-week journey, movement, somatic awareness, and coaching weave together to help you reconnect with your body as your source of vitality.

Together, we’ll look at how movement shapes your nervous system, energy, and expression — so you can move through life grounded, powerful, and lit from within.

Six 90-minute live calls (Wednesdays Nov 5–Dec 10, 10–11:30am PST) — guided movement, reflection, and community. Recordings available if you miss a session.

Lifetime access to the Lit Library — guided somatic practices for grounding or recharging anytime.
