In this six-week journey, movement, somatic awareness, and coaching weave together to help you reconnect with your body as your source of vitality.

Together, we’ll look at how movement shapes your nervous system, energy, and expression — so you can move through life grounded, powerful, and lit from within.

The journey: 6 weeks to build your fire

Each week builds on the last, moving from awareness to activation to embodiment.

  • Gather your unique regulating resources and learn how your body finds safety, grounding, and readiness for movement.

  • Build your interoceptive awareness: your capacity to feel and interpret what’s happening inside your body —emotions, sensations, impulses, and energy levels.

  • Activate your energy through spatial awareness and embodied strength.
    Learn to sense yourself in motion, take up space, and channel that energy with confidence.

  • Translate your energy into creative flow. Explore how it wants to move through you — play with rhythm, movement, and expression to connect with your unique sense of aliveness.

  • Craft your signature movement practice that nurtures your inner fire and keeps your energy balanced long-term.

  • Embody your aliveness in your movement and in your life. Learn how to carry the inner fire you’ve built into everyday action, expression, and creation.

  • Group sessions are 90 minutes and will be held every Wednesday from 10 AM to 11:30 AM PST. Replays are available for any missed sessions. Beyond that, the LIT library will house weekly practices for you to move through at your own pace.

    **I suggest spending at least 5-10 minutes per day on your own personal practice. This is specified on a weekly basis in your LIT library.

  • LIT is for anyone who wants to feel more connected, creative, and confident in their body — and is curious about how movement and the nervous system shape the way we feel and express ourselves.

    This is a coaching-meets-movement container — part somatic education, part creative exploration, part strength and flow.

    No previous movement experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.
